SELECT TYPE OF WORK
REVIEW MAGAZINES TO BE RELEASED
CREATE FILES AND FOLDER :
1- Review, Correct and Approve All Spreads... Then Save
2- Create New Folder, rename it "Spread" and save all files in it
3- Export as JPG... Rename as "Spread"
4- Export as PDF... Rename as "PDF"
5- Print... Tabloid Extra, Landscape, Booklet, Bleed all... Rename as Print
6- Save as Package... Create new folder, rename as "GLITZ-15-2022"
7- In Folder, Compress Print File to Print.zip
8- In Folder, Cover Pages expand with Paint, rename a.jpg and z.jpg
9- Create GIF File... All 33 Spreads... Speed 100...Save as GIF.jpg
UPLOAD TO SERVER :
1- Open FileZilla... www.TalentRepertory.com and Log-in
2- Upload All Spread Folder Files in Issue Folder
3- Upload All Members Photos in Gallery Folder
4- Move HTML code (div--) up before the Released Issue
On all HTML pages : banner, GIF, and the 4 magazine pages
